Carolina Climate Control with Tommy and Ryan were awesome. Our whole system had to be replaced in our rental which was a two day job. They were very professional, friendly, and great with a project that was tougher then most. I will absolutely be using this company again and will try to request Tommy and Ryan!
From the analysis (and my endless questions) to the installation and follow up the Carolina Climate Control team was cost effective, top notch, professional, neat and on time. We had one minor post installation issue that was addressed immediately and exceeded our expectations. I recommended Carolina Climate Control to a neighbor who was just as please as we were. There may be bigger AC companies in the area, but you will not find any better.

After the appointment was set I immediately received a text and email reminder. The technician actually called in advance to say he could run early. He was extremely professional and identified the root cause to the issue we were having and provided an extremely reasonable quote with zero pressure. I am extremely impressed - customer for life!
