Carolina Climate Control is such a fantastic company! Marshall came out to assess our aging HVAC system and provided us with reasonable quotes for replacing the unit along with duct work. They are very professional, timely and great to work with!
Marshall and his crew just finished installing my new Trane unit, they did a great job and finished a day earlier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job guys!!

I just recently purchased a townhome in Mt. Pleasant that had been neglected for many years. The HVAC system was at least 30 years old, and needed replacement. I called Marshall at Carolina Climate Control, and he promptly scheduled a convenient time to come out and meet with me and give me an estimate. Of the three firms I contacted, he was the only one that turned on the old system to check air flow, and even crawled up into the attic to examine the duct work. Turns out the duct work was a mess too, so I had him replace it and install a new Trane heatpump system. The work was extraordinarily neat and orderly, and they did exactly what they said in their quotation, which was very competitive when compared to the others I had received. Highly recommend!!
These guys were great. We're at my place the same day, within a few hours to be exact. Fixed the problem right away. They were able to bill my landlord, who had given approval, no problem. Just got a call from Tyler to follow up and make sure I was all good! I will definitely use them again!!
After reading reviews decided to try Carolina climate control.Marshall came out the same day and quickly found the issue and explained to me my options.took care of it and charged a very fair price.very professional and knowledgeable.he's my hvac man from now on.update ! after further issues with unit decided to replace it .Marshall and his team did a incredible job on new installation.had everything done in about seven hours and that's with working in tight quarters and doing modifications in attic.left everything so clean I couldn't tell they were there except I had a new HVAC system. AWESOME INSTALL.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Marshall and his team came to our home very last minute on a Friday evening. He returned my call extremely quickly, was at our home with in 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and made his recommendations. He spoke with confidence and knows what he is doing. Him and his team were professional and efficient. They have found a forever customer is us.
I chose Carolina Climate Control because of the abundance of positive reviews. I can say they were spot on. Marshall was super friendly and professional. I had a fairly major issue with my system and Marshall got the majority of it covered by the manufacturer's warranty. He also took the time to educate me about my dual zone system and provided preventative maintenance tips. It was a stressful experience to begin with but Marshall really put me at ease. He earned my trust.
Marshall is awesome and made replacing our HVAC (not typically known as a "fun" project) a piece of cake. We knew we'd have to replace it this year and it started acting up, so we started calling around. We got quotes from 3 companies and Marshall was not only the best priced, but also the friendliest and most thorough in asking questions to be sure he was giving us the right options. He was incredibly knowledgeable as well. They did a great job with the installation and we are nice and toasty in our house again. I would highly recommend Marshall and Carolina Climate Control to anyone in need of the services they provide.
Marshall did a great job diagnosing and fixing furnace issues that multiple other companies could not solve. He was very responsive and clearly communicated when he would arrive and what work he would do at what cost. It's not easy to find a good HVAC contractor, so I highly recommend going with Marshall.
